60 L Distillation Apparatus, with Condenser

Distillation apparatus generally comprise of vessels in which plant material and water are heated; then the vapor produced is cooled, condensed and let out.

As a matter of fact, Isfahan Osveh Sanat Company manufactures various types of distillation apparatus with and without condensers. In fact, these types of stills are manufactured of aluminum and stainless steel in different sizes according to customer’s requirements.

1. without condenser: 10 to 70 liter

2. with condenser: 60 to 1000 liter

1. Condenser material: stainless steel

2. Vessel material: aluminum

How to Operate the Distillation Apparatus without Condenser:

First of all, Open the condenser. Bear in mind that two thirds of the vessel must be filled with water and one third must be plant material. After that, make sure you fasten the washer firmly, and then put the still on the burner.

There are two ways to cool down the still vessel:

1- Pour cold water into the condenser.

2- Connect the hose and the cold water pump to the cold water input

3- Let cold water out from the condenser outlet.

After condensation process, liquid exists from the condenser outlet.

Please note that:

1. The vessel must not be empty of water.
2. Do not expose the condenser to direct heat.

Distillation Apparatus with Condenser Specifications:

1. The condenser or the cooling system comprises the cold water input and the hot water output.
2. A mounted pipe connector to the thermal gauge if the customer requests.
3. The vessel that comprises of 304 stainless steel pot in a 304 stainless steel cone; customers can request a valve.

How to Operate Distillation Apparatus with Condenser:

Open the condenser. Two thirds of the vessel must be filled with water and one third must be plant material. Make sure you fasten the washer firmly, connect the cold water inlet to the condenser by means of a hose and a pump, then put the still on the burner.

In double walled distillation apparatus, oil enters the inlet and transfers the heat to the pot.
