Descriptions: 

There are two methods of extracting oil from oilseeds:

1- hot pressed oil

2- cold-pressed oil

In brief, Hot-pressed oil means that the oilseeds are roasted and pressed under high temperatures.  But, this method is for industrial companies. However, cold-pressed oil means that the oilseeds are raw and pressed at a low temperature, under 43 degrees centigrade; so that the beneficial compounds are retained. Hence, this method is the healthiest way to make herbal oils.

How to operate ODK 22 cold press oil machine:

1. Ensure the machine is plugged in.
2. Check out the miniature circuit breaker.
3. Press the rocker switch to the right so that the red light and the thermostat monitor turns on.
4. The temperature must be between 120 and 150 degrees adjusted by the technician. You do not need to change the temperature. Please wait till the temperature reaches to the desired level.
5. Turn the rocker switch from zero to number one, then start the machine.
6. Pour the material into the hopper gradually and start the oil extraction process.

Note: please note that you must turn on the machine prior to pouring the materials into the hopper.

It is worth noting that if the machines starts working, turn the rocker switch to the left (for 3 seconds), so that the materials pass through the cylinder and the screw moves easily.

How to assemble ODK 22 cold press oil machine:

1. Place the screw inside according to its grooves.
2. Put the cylinder into the jag position on the screw, and fasten it tightly.
3. Then fasten the pin.

How to take apart ODK 22 cold press oil machine:

1. Remove the chamber.
2. Lift the lid.
3. Pull out the bolt under the screw.
4. Separate the screw and the inner cylinder from the machine.
