The damp sesame cleans the screw and the cylinder, so that you do not need to untie the ball screw and discharge the press cake.<\/p><p><strong>Caution 4-<\/strong> if any sesame is stuck in the machine, untie the nozzle and restart the machine to let the press cake out. If it didn&#8217;t exit, heat the machine to a temperature of 125 or 135. Then restart the machine to let out the press cake. If it did not work, untie the ball screw and the element, pull out the screw and clear the press cake from the cylinder.<\/p><p><strong>Caution 5-<\/strong> if press cake is stuck more than a day, the vase bolts will cut when you turn on the machine (even if the nozzle is fastened firmly). When turning on the machine, the screw is under pressure to push forward the new seeds and extract oil. On the other hand, the press cake hardens and the machine cannot discharge the press cake; so that the bolt cannot endure the pressure and then it cuts.<\/p><p><strong>Caution 6-<\/strong> if the temperature raised during the coconut oil extraction process, loosen the bolt to untie the element. Make sure the element is connected to the machine to check out the temperature.<\/p><p><strong>Caution 7-<\/strong> the distance between the head of the ball screw and the screw must be in a way that press cake exit from behind the screw. Please fasten the ball screw according to the user guide chart and different kinds of seeds.<\/p><p><strong>Caution 8-<\/strong> extract oil from 200 kg sesame during the first use of machine in order for stopping water leak (operate the machine and wait till the temperature reaches to 95 degrees centigrade, the damp seeds are ready to extract oil from).<\/p><p>Bear in mind that even if you do not need sesame oil, you must stop water leak by using sesame during the first operation.<\/p><p><strong>Caution 9-<\/strong> if the oil did not exit but the press cake did, it means that the cylinder vents are closed and you have to open them or clear the cylinder by means of an air pump.<\/p><p><strong>Caution 10- <\/strong>oil extracting from grape and pomegranate seeds is not recommended. Since from each of 10 kg grape seeds; 800 cc oil is made and that damages the screw. It is not worth doing such thing. However, if you had to extract oil from pomegranate or grape, please remember to polish the screw after the oil extraction process.<\/p><p><strong>Caution 11-<\/strong> please bear in mind that before and after using the cold oil press machine you must extract oil from sesame seeds. It helps the machine to work longer and more properly. You can use the sesame oil for massage.<\/p><p><strong>Caution 12- <\/strong>please be careful that the element is fastened firmly to the nut. Otherwise, the machine will not be connected; thus the press cake will not exit.<\/p><p><strong>Caution 13- <\/strong>while untying the element, please switch it off; otherwise it will burn out. In addition, while fastening the element make sure the bolts are loosened so that the color will not turn to be black.<\/p><p><strong>Caution 14- <\/strong>please notice if the larger hole of the nozzle is at the side of the machine. Otherwise, the machine will be under pressure and damaged.<\/p><p><strong>Caution 15- <\/strong>while adjusting the machine, please make sure there is not any sesame or press cake in the components. Even the press cake inside the screw must be removed.<\/p><p><strong>Caution 16-<\/strong> please make sure the machine is heated enough before operating the machine. The desired temperature is shown on the SV section of the thermostat.<\/p><p><strong>Caution 17-<\/strong> please make sure the thermal sensor is connected to a silver wire by means of a small nut.<\/p><p><strong>Caution 18-<\/strong> when the machine reaches to the desired temperature, press the connection button. It takes 20 minutes that the SV monitor shows the desired temperature of the machine.<\/p><p>(If the temperature did not reach the desired temperature, the cylinder vents would close).<\/p><p><strong>Caution 19-<\/strong> the PV temperature (the upper button) must be equal to the SV temperature (the lower button).<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Caution 1- wait till the temperature reaches 95 and then operate the machine.
