– Never wash the tahini grinding machine with water.

– clean the tray by means of a spoon or a spatula.

– clean the grooves on the millstone by means of a dry cloth.

How to clean the stone:

1. Rest palm of your hands over the machine and turn it clockwise, so that the T-shaped metal on the stone is released. Then you can pick up the stone.

Pull out the T-shaped metal. (Watch out the jag inside the T-shaped metal).

2. Pick up the millstone by means of a lever.

3. Put the T-shaped metal between the stones.

4. The upper millstone must be picked up by two people.

Clean the stones and the grooves with a dry cloth.

If necessary, use stone lifter to move or pick up the millstone. The stone lifter is an enclosed equipment with the machine.

5. Put away the stone, put the jag in the grooves, and then place the T-shaped metal on the stone.
