Note: make sure that there is not any seed inside the screw and the lid is fully buckled while turning on the grinder. Then open the lid after the machine starts.
1. Place the machine on a surface flat.
2. Plug it in.
3. Turn the On/Off switch to the right (this switch is related to the fan); it is worth mentioning that the smaller the seeds are, the more ajar the lid is left, thus the faster the seeds enter the machine and vice versa.
4. Turn the square switch from zero to number 1 to turn on the machine.
Please note that if the cylinder does not work, you must:
1. Double check the miniature circuit breaker.
2. See if the seeds are stuck in the cylinder. To solve the problem, suffice with twisting around the switch for a second.
The steps are as follows:
– Turn the square switch to number 2 for a second and return it to number 1, so that the seeds flow. (Bear in mind that if the process takes more than 1 second, the seeds inside the cylinder make oil which smear the cylinder and disturb the nut butter grinding process). The smaller the seeds, the more ajar the lid is, and the faster the seeds enter the machine.
Note: while turning the switch from number 1 to 2, the cylinder must be stable.
Note: you do not need to change settings on the inverters. You just turn it on.
Please note that the speed limit on inverter is at 5000 by default. Do not change it. There is a metal plate under the hopper called adjustable flow control valve that controls the speed of the entering seeds through the cylinder.
