1. Connect the tahini grinding machine to the power.

2. Pour the sesame seeds into the hopper.

3. Open the drawer valve under the hopper, so that the sesame seeds move towards the stone easily.

4. Switch on the machine. (In tahini grinding machines with inverter, the key start is on the electrical control panel; and in tahini grinding machines without inverter, the key start is on the front of the machine).
