by means of the handle on the bottleneck, you can shorten or lengthen the distance between the blades to have soft or hard nut butter, respectively.

Loosen the wing screw on the bottleneck; take out the lid; loosen the handle; and arrange the space between the blades. The longer distance between the blades are, the harder the nut butter will be. The shorter distance between the blades are, the softer the nut butter will be.

Note: if using nut butter grinders with inverter, please wait till the number becomes stable and then start working with the nut butter machine.
