How to assemble DK 28 cold oil press machine:

1. Place the screw inside according to its grooves.

2. Put the screw inside the gearbox.

3. Fasten the bolts.

4. Assemble the element and the sensor.

It is worth noting that there is a large bolt behind the machine to adjust the screw. This bolt is also used to adjust the hardness and softness of the press cake getting out from the front part of the cylinder. If you unfasten the bolt, the distance between the screw and the cylinder will be longer, and the press cake will be coarse. If you fasten the bolt tighter, the distance between the screw and the cylinder will be shorter and the press cake will be soft.

How to take apart DK 28 cold press oil machine:

1. Remove the chamber.

2. Unfasten the sensor and the element bolts in front of the cylinder.

3. Unfasten the 4 bolts in front of the machine that fasten the cylinder.

4. Clean the screw and inner part of the cylinder.

5. Put the screw inside the gearbox again.
