40 hp Hammer Mill Grinding Machine

40 hp hammer mill grinders are useful for those who would like to set up a production line at workshops. The output capacity of this machine is 400 kilogram per hour. All the grinding machines have a slicer inside, so that you do not need to pre-grind and screen the materials. Since these grinders are facilitated with slicers, it is worthy of note that you put the materials inside the grinder gradually; so that the materials will be ground finely and the engine will not be under pressure.

More Descriptions of Osveh Hammer Mill Grinders

Isfahan Osveh Sanat hammer mill grinder has been manufactured with the newest technological materials. The machines are to a standard design. The quality requirements are fulfilled.

Osveh Sanat grinder machines grind grains and medical herbs in swing and hammer mill types and different sizes. In fact, the grinders are stable running, low noise, and beautifully designed, professionally suitable for crushing processing of aquatic feed and livestock granules.

Osveh hammer mills grind wheat into flour finely. The most appropriate full screen hammer mills are those facilitated with cyclone and blower.

If you would like to grind both soft and hard materials, we recommend that you use a half-screen hammer mill. Isfahan Osveh Sanat Company designs and manufactures half-screen hammer mills with the use of current knowledge.

There is a gear above the full screen hammer mills that pulverizes the material many times more and facilitates the grinding process.

(Since the full screen hammer mills have larger bowls and there is an empty space behind the screens, their bodies are 10 hp).

Half Screen Hammer Mills:

These types of grinders are for pulverizing soft materials like wheat, pharmaceutical herbs, oil seeds (at most 10% fat), with the power of 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 20, and 40 hp engines.

The only difference between this type of grinders and gear butterfly grinders is their butterfly and screens.

5 HP Hammer Mill Grinder

How to change the screen:

Switch off the machine. Having the material discharged, untie the screen bolts by means of a wrench, unclog the screen, and then reinstall the screen, reset the fuse breaker and switch on the machine after 5 minutes.

Equipment delivered together with the grinders is as follows:

A stainless steel container+2 bags+ a wrench+ 4 screens.

5 and 10 hp grinders have 4 screens: 0.7, 1, 3, and 6 mill screens.

3 and 20 hp grinders have 4 screens.

40 hp grinders have 2 screens.

The most used screen is the 0.7 mill screen that grind the spices such as turmeric or pepper finely.

The 0.5 mill screen is used to grind wheat into flour.

Using 0.5 mill screen takes longer time to grind because of its very tiny holes.

If the ground material is in large size, check out the screen and attach it to the body completely.

If the ground material is coarse, it means that you must choose a right mill screen size. For instance, 4 and 5 mill screen is good for flesh jujube.

3 mill screen is for dried jujube. 5 or 6 mill screen is for fresh jujube since they are wet.
