Assemble the equipment after the cleaning process in order: cylinder, screw, blade, nut, ball screw, nozzle, nozzle makerbot.

1. Assemble the cylinder by turning it anticlockwise.

Note: all the bolts and grooves of the machine are assembled clockwise, however the cylinder is assembled anticlockwise.

2. There is a jag at the end of the screw; put it inside the vase, so that the screw jag will be placed in the jag position.

Please double check if the convex part of the screw is not remained outside the machine. If so, move the screw steadily to drop back the jag in the jag position (do not move the screw if the jag is in jag position).

3. Enter the blade into the machine from the flat part. Turn the head of the blade in order for having the blades dropped back.

4. Mount the flat nut from the larger side to the machine and fasten it by turning it clockwise.

5. Fasten the element on the nut.

6. The ball screw that includes nozzle and nozzle makerbot must be connected to the nut, so you must turn the mobile nut as much as it is firmly fastened. Then mount it to the machine and fasten it by means of a chuck nut wrench. Do not touch the mobile nut in quarter and half-way rotation. Twist the front nut by means of wrench. Hold the front nut in hand and turn around the rear nut as much as it is fastened firmly.

7. Put the nozzle in the nozzle makerbot (the smaller part must drop inside the nozzle makerbot). After that, twist the nozzle makerbot inside the ball screw and fasten it firmly.

8. Fasten the thermocable.
