Osveh Dehydrator Equipment
Osveh dehydrators come equipped with various components to ensure efficient dehydration:

2. Humidistat: The humidistat helps in controlling the humidity levels inside the dehydrator. It ensures that the fruits or other items being dehydrated are exposed to the right amount of moisture.
3. Airflow System: The dehydrators have an airflow system that utilizes suction and blowing mechanisms. This system helps in evenly distributing the heat produced by the thermal transfer system. As a result, fruit slices or other items dehydrate uniformly.

Osveh Dehydrator Heating System
Each dehydrator cabinet contains trolleys and racks, which can accommodate dehydrators of different sizes. These dehydrators can handle a range of weights, from 75 to 1200 kg. Additionally, the cabinets have mesh trays, ranging from 10 to 184 in number. These trays are made of galvanized or stainless steel, making them easy to clean. They are also covered with plastic that has a high melting point, which is verified by the Ministry of Health.
The dehydrator is equipped with an automatic Iran Radiator Burner and electric valve. When the thermostat signals the burner to turn on, the electric valve opens the gas to ignite the burner.
To ensure the igniter’s longevity, an automatic relay is installed on the burner. This relay adjusts the igniter when the thermostat signals the burner to turn on. It prevents the igniter from continuously working and potentially breaking down.
The Iran Radiator Burner is designed to be economical. It sparks during the dehydrating process to indicate that the burner is not continuously running. When the desired heat level is reached, the burner ignites and then turns off to maintain the temperature.
