Why Osveh Dehydrators?
Discover the exceptional quality of our 400 kg Dehydrator from Isfahan Osveh Machine Building Group. As one of the leading manufacturers in the industry, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding dehydrators. With our Osveh Sanat dehydrators, you can say goodbye to the need for preservatives or sugar when drying fruits. The remarkable results speak for themselves, showcasing the excellence of our dehydrators.
When it comes to dehydrating fruits and vegetables such as saffron, garlic, shallot, onion, oleaster, sprouted grains, jujube, mushroom, okra, reishi mushroom, meat, shrimp, kashk, and oak, our hot air circulation dehydrators are highly effective and cost-efficient. The even heating ensures that no nutrition is lost during the process, guaranteeing the best possible outcome.
To cater to the diverse needs of our customers, our dehydrators can be powered by electricity, gas, or gasoline. Additionally, we have incorporated thermal insulation made of mineral wool between the walls of our dehydrators. This not only enhances heat efficiency but also saves energy, making our dehydrators an environmentally friendly choice.
Osveh Dehydrators Equipment
Osveh dehydrators are equipped with various components to ensure efficient dehydration. These include heating systems such as furnaces, industrial gas, gasoline, and electric burners, as well as burner management systems and smoke control systems. The dehydrators also feature a humidistat to regulate humidity levels and an airflow system for optimal air circulation.
The airflow system utilizes both suction and blowing mechanisms to evenly distribute the heat generated by the thermal transfer system. This ensures that fruit slices are dehydrated uniformly and efficiently.
Each dehydrator cabinet is equipped with trolleys and racks that can accommodate dehydrators of different sizes, ranging from 75 to 1200 kg. The cabinets also contain mesh trays, available in sizes ranging from 10 to 184, which are made of galvanized or stainless steel. These trays are easy to clean and are covered with plastic that has a high melting point, as verified by the Ministry of Health.
To facilitate the operation of the dehydrator, it is equipped with an automatic Iran Radiator Burner and electric valve. When the thermostat signals the burner to turn on, the electric valve opens the gas to ignite the burner.
An automatic relay is installed on the burner to adjust the igniter, ensuring that it functions properly when the thermostat activates the burner. This relay is crucial in preventing the igniter from malfunctioning, as it stops the igniter from operating once the burner is turned on.
The Iran Radiator Burner is designed to be economical, ensuring efficient energy usage during the dehydrating process. The burner ignites when the heat is reduced and turns off once the desired temperature is reached. This feature prevents unnecessary sparking and ensures optimal performance.
